Image size
The exact size, shape and file type for every image you upload to Ordera.
Every place Ordera shows an image has one fixed size. If your file is a different size or shape, Ordera stretches or crops it to fit, and you don't get to pick which part gets cut off. Export at the sizes below and your images will look right on every screen.
Product and menu

Icons have to be PNG because they sit on top of coloured backgrounds and need a see-through background of their own. Photos are better as JPG: same result, smaller file, faster loading on the kiosk and online.

Tablet is for a kiosk mounted sideways on a tablet. Floorstand is for the tall screen on a free-standing kiosk.

Physical Gift Card
A real printed card, so design it in millimetres first, then export at 300 DPI. The size follows the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-3 standard, the same one used for hotel key cards.

The margin and QR numbers are recommendations, not hard rules. X and Y measure to the
top-left corner of the QR area, which puts it in the bottom-right corner of the card, 5 mm
from each edge.
Before you upload
- Export at the exact size listed. Ordera never enlarges a small image, it only ends up blurry.
- Use PNG only when you need a see-through background. Use JPG for everything else.
- If you upload something bigger, keep the same shape. Otherwise Ordera decides what to crop, and it may cut off the part you wanted people to see.
