Kiosk App Installation

Download the production app and follow the simple setup steps below.

Download App

Platform: Android 10.0+

Quick Setup

  1. Tap the Download App button above
  2. Tap Open to open the downloaded APK file
  3. Tap Install (takes 10–20 seconds)
  4. If prompted, allow installation from this source

Security Note: Android may show a warning when installing apps from outside the Play Store. This is normal, just tap Allow or Install anyway to proceed.

Initial Configuration

After installation, you'll need to configure the app to connect to your Ordera server.

  1. Open the Kiosk App
  2. Enter your agency name, kiosk username and password
  3. Tap the Login button

Make sure you have a stable internet connection before configuring the app. The app requires an active connection to function properly.

Troubleshooting

  • Check Android version: Ensure your device is running Android 10.0 or higher
  • Enable Unknown Sources: Go to Settings → Security → Enable "Install from Unknown Sources"
  • Storage space: Make sure you have at least 100MB of free storage
